Scope Of Work

Lodo’s Bar and Grill was a ground-up restaurant in the Valle Vista development in Wesminster, CO. The restaurant consisted of a 7,800 sf main level with a 4,400 sf rooftop patio and 2,650 sf unfinished basement. The project was built on a very difficult sloped site creating a two-story building from the back with “walk-out” basement. The restaurant included a full commercial kitchen, beer cooler, food cooler, elevator, and restrooms on both the main level and rooftop patio.

Axia provided owners representative services on the pre-construction and construction of this $3 million project assisting the owner with managing the general contractor and communication with the architect, engineers and restaurant consultants. Axia’s responsibility was to control the budget and schedule, manage the pay application process, change orders and day-to-day construction issues.
