Scope Of Work
Pinecrest Glades Academy Phase I was completed August 2016. Pinecrest is a three story tilt up building, 70,000 square feet. This campus grew into its next phase, the Annex, a new three story addition. The ANNEX is an expansion, second building addition of approximately 70,000 square feet created to accommodate middle school and high school students and to foster STEM education. Glades has over ten acres of site space to develop.
