Scope Of Work
The creation of a new corporate headquarters for Fresh Tilled Soil called for gut rehabilitation and fit-up of 14,100 sq. ft. of existing mill space at the historic Riverworks complex in Watertown. The space is divided on two floors, the lower of which features 15’2” clear height to the penthouse floor above, and the penthouse features usable mezzanine space and a 90’ clerestory, which spills an abundance of natural light throughout the space. Fresh Tilled Soil called for an open floor plan, which offers a collaborative work environment designed to encourage creative thinking and the open sharing of ideas.
