As the owner of A&R Jay wears many hats. You can find him on sales calls ,in the field, loading trailers, helping with quotes – he does it all. You can try and call him but you would be better off explaining what you need to whoever answers the office phone because he is a busy man!!  If all this were not enough, Jay is the father to 3 very active boys. When he does have time, Jay very much enjoys Fly-Fishing. Jay is a graduate of UMASS at Amherst.

Doug Singer is brand new to the A&R Team

Luis is the youngest member of our team; Luis is eager to learn and is a driven employee looking to learn all there is to know about the Pre-Cast industry. Luis holds an associate degree from SUNY OCCC.  Currently, Luis is tackling estimating and is just beginning to learn submittal drawings.

Joseline Leal is brand new to the A&R Team

The newest member of the team, Randee joined A&R in 2019 after many years at Woodard’s Concrete.  When he is not at work, he enjoys dirt bike riding and spending time with his family, Randee is a graduate of SUNY Cobleskill.  Randee brings a wealth of knowledge about the industry as well as some new product lines to A&R call him today for your next quote or product information.

Michelle joined the A&R team after the sale of the company in 2013. She brings years of management experience to the group. Give Michelle a call for any and all of your concerns or if you are just looking to get scheduling info. If you have a question, she will get you an answer.  Michelle holds a M.S. in Business Management from SUNY Utica.
