The 45 Construction Co., inc. was established in 1982. Since that time, we have completed a variety of projects ranging from $100- $3M. A major portion of our work has been sophisticated alterations and additions to existing buildings for some of the the area’s key institutions and industries. These projects are generally completed under challenging and occupied conditions. When sometimes working in tight urban setting while buildings are still occupied, we require and execute excellent communications between the owners, architects and building officials during all phases of construction.
