Scope Of Work
The original building was constructed in 1964 with an Italian Renaissance-style architecture that set the style for the building addition in 2003. Completed in early 2004 by Optum Construction, the two-story, 7,000-square-foot addition features a stunning lobby with limestone pavers leading to the new entrance. Parts of the existing building were renovated to restore the original luster of its early days and updated to feature modernized facilities including an elevator, state-of-the-art catering kitchen, gift shop, additional classroom and studio space, and conference room.
