Terry Adams founded his company in 1991 after spending many years in construction as a laborer, superintendent, and project manager.  Since that time, TAI has built more than 700 retail stores in malls and shopping centers across the country.

Based in Kentucky, TAI is licensed to perform work in nearly all fifty states, including the entire eastern US, all of the Midwest, and several western states, including California, Washington, and Colorado. 

Although the main focus has always been retail, TAI also has experience in many other types of construction, including ground-up, historical restorations, office buildings, and medical facility renovations.  TAI’s dedicated team of professionals is equipped to handle any type of construction project, big or small, and is committed to providing excellent service and value to its clients.
