ABOUT US:  ALL TECH Plumbing was founded by Jim Seitzinger Sr. in 1991 with the concept of providing our customers with a well rounded variety of plumbing services. As such, we provide a full range of plumbing services in the residential, commercial and institutional plumbing markets.  

PUBLIC WORKS: Our public sector work includes Federal, State and local government entities such as school districts, the US post office and others. We are registered with the Dept of Industrial Relations and have a SBE (small business entity) certification with the State of California.  We hold a C-36 and C-55 license 645844.

3. VIDEO CAMERA INSPECTIONS.  Our technicians use a state-of-the-art camera to thoroughly inspect your drain pipe for flaws, collapses, or separations. We capture everything we find with our cameras onto a high resolution color DVD so that you will always have a record of what was found. The DVD provides evidence for insurance companies, landlords, and tenants. The records can even be used to determine the cause of the issue and, potentially, who was at fault.
