Scope Of Work
The Paramount Hotel is an excellent case study for Omnibuild’s infrastructure capabilities. The company was called upon to manage a Con ED and electrical upgrade, a grand lobby renovation, new cooling tower, generator and various air handling units installation, as well as the structural upgrades to support the construction of a new restaurant and nightclub – all without disrupting an operational hotel. Omnibuild’s project management wizards planned every logistical and regulatory step well in advance, ensuring a smooth completion and a happy client.
