Scope Of Work
This design-built project was sold by Art Kuehler while working for a previouscontractor. HASTCO has since completed several remodel projects in the building.
Roof & Wall Treatments:
Precast Concrete walls and Butler MR-24 Standing Seam Roof system
Special Features:
Structure was designed to support 2 overhead monorail systems that each crossed over 4 different bays to carry the rubber tracks throughout the building. Each monorail has 3 different trains and each train supports over 20,000 lbs. A 12’ deep concrete pit was constructed inside the building to accommodate owner’s specialty equipment.
