Scope Of Work
This project consisted of over ten phases with six distinct areas of work within the 500,000 SF, 30 acre campus. Demolition, reconstruction, and new construction phases were all completed in and around a fully functioning facility. Roughly 30,000 SF of interior classrooms, contemporary meeting facilities, and toilet rooms were reconfigured or renovated. A new three story steel frame was constructed to tie into three different existing buildings. The largest space in the new addition was state of the art children’s performance theater.
