Morgan Constructors LLC

Like many other construction companies, Morgan Constructors had a humble beginning and while we have grown our business, we intend to remain above all, humble. Over 50% of our current employees have been with us over ten years, so to us these people are not only valuable employees, they are also family.

Our first customer, Steve Nygren, continues to be the developer and force behind the 1000 acre, sustainable community called Serenbe in the Chattahoochee Hill Country just south of Atlanta. We met Mr. Nygren in 2004 and completed our first commercial project, a bake shop called the Blue Eyed Daisy shortly after and have completed numerous projects in the Serenbe Community since that first meeting.

Since it’s inception, the Morgan team has completed projects from many sectors of the commercial construction industry. These include condominiums, apartments, corporate tenant work, car dealerships, large commercial car washes and maintenance facilities, chain hotels, a boutique country inn, restaurants, sports facilities, churches and re-purposed buildings.

We are selective about the projects we pursue and look for customers that we believe will be our partners through the construction process. We enjoy excellent relationships with repeat customers such as Serenbe Development, Avis Budget Group, Enterprise Holdings, Kim King & Associates, and Ferrari – Maserati of Atlanta.

Licenses

Nation-wide, over one half of the states require general contractors to be licensed. Morgan Constructors holds general contractors licenses in eight states, as follows:

Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.

We have also completed work in the following states: Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota and Kentucky.

Bonding

We are able to provide payment and performance bonds through our Surety, Hartford Casualty Insurance Company.
