We started this company in 1999.  We are committed to quality and safety in the Commercial / Industrial Construction Business. Our company goal is not dollar value but customer value. Since the end of 1999, KCS has performed commercial and industrial turnkey concrete construction, specializing in reinforced cast-in-place concrete. KCS has grown to more than 70 employees, tackling projects with concrete scopes valued between $75,000 to $7 million dollars per project. We are proud to have worked on numerous projects of merit with both local General Contractors as well as some of the largest national General Contractors. With these Contractors, we have strived to maintain a strong relationship throughout and after the project.

KCS is a Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC 040534) and a Structural Masonry Contractor.  Our insurance modifier is currently 0.81 and we are fully bondable.
