Scope Of Work
Project Description: Grandy Village Phase I was comprised of selective demolition of four hundred forty (440) one, two, and three bedroom apartments. It also included renovation of the 440 units, these renovations were inclusive of new lighting, flooring, windows, doors and locksets, plumbing, appliances, central piping for new heating system, storm drainage, detached storage buildings for each unit, concrete walkways, entrance overhang with columns, new concrete porches, signage, fencing, landscaping, sod.
Grandy Village Phase II was comprised of entire demolition of twenty two (22) townhouse units and construction of twenty two (22) new units. This included framing, interior sheet wall, finishes, electrical, HVAC, masonry, roofing, concrete driveways and walkways, in addition to all of the items listed above under the Phase I renovations.
