Scope Of Work

Sumner Investment, L.L.C., a partnership arranged by Jones Development, recently acquired a distribution and manufacturing facility in Johnson County, Kansas, which is situated on 17.71 acres in the New Century AirCenter with great access to I-35. The building itself contains 311,100 square feet of space with 12,000 square feet of office space and 22’ – 26’ clear height. Additionally, the facility includes 36 dock doors, 6 drive-in doors and offers over 4 acres of paved, fenced and lighted outside storage for product or 95 trailer parking stalls. As part of Jones Development’s value-add platform, the facility is currently undergoing capital improvements and being offered for lease or sale divisible to +/-80,000 square feet.
