Scope Of Work
HARD COAT STUCCO SYSTEM, THIN VENEER STONE, BRICK VENEER AND CMU BLOCK.
- Complete installation of Hard Coat Stucco System As per Drawings.
- Complete installation of two layers of felt paper 15#.
- Complete installation of wire lath 2.5
- Complete installation of scratch coat as first layer.
- Complete installation of hard coat as second layer.
- Expansion joints will be required to break big walls into small panels easy to work with.
- Complete application of synthetic stucco will be the third and final coat.
- Complete application to all control joints.
- Complete application of backer rod and caulking to all windows, where the stucco is applied only.
- Complete installation of Thin Veneer Stone as per drawings.
- Complete installation of CMU block wall (6”, 8”, 10” and 12”) as per drawings.
- Complete installation of Brick Veneer as per drawings.
- To install flashing tape.
- To install weep holes.
- To install wall ties.
- To install mortar net.
- To wash brick.
NOTE: STONE, BRICK AND MORTAR WILL BE SUPPLIED BY THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR.
