Scope Of Work
STUCCO SYSTEM INSTALLATION
- To set up scaffolding and mobilization.
- Complete application of STO emerald coat waterproofing.
- Complete installation of 1" rigid insulation.
- Complete installation of base coat with fiberglass embedded.
- Expansion joints and control joints will be required to break big walls into small panels easy to work with.
- Complete application of synthetic stucco will be the third and final coat.
- Complete application of caulking to all windows, where the stucco is applied only.
