Scope Of Work
STUCCO SYSTEMÂ AND BRICK INSTALLATION
- Complete installation of Stucco System as per drawings.
- Complete installation of emerald coat water proofing as per drawings.
- Complete installation of wire lath 2.5
- Complete installation of scratch coat as first layer.
- Complete installation of hard coat as second layer.
- Expansion joints will be required to break big walls into small panels easy to work with.
- Complete application of synthetic stucco will be the third and final coat.
- Complete application to all control jointsÂ
- Complete application of backer rod and caulking to all windows, where the stucco is applied only.
- Complete brick system installation for the building as per drawings.
- Labor and material for brick installation.
- Scaffolds will be set up and provide by others.
