HARD COAT STUCCO SYSTEM INSTALLATION
- Complete power wash to remove all flaking and loose paint for a better bonding.
- To set up scaffolding and mobilization.
- Complete installation of Hard Coat Stucco System.
- Complete installation of wire lath 2.5
- Complete installation of scratch coat as first layer.
- Complete installation of hard coat as second layer.
- Expansion joints and control joints will be required to break big walls into small panels easy to work with.
- Complete application of synthetic stucco will be the third and final coat.
- Complete application of caulking only to all windows, where the stucco is applied only.
