Scope Of Work
BRICK INSTALLATION
- Complete set up and mobilization of scaffolds to perform bricks installation.
- Complete installation of Brick as Per Drawings.
- Complete installation of metal angles; weep holes, mortar net, wall ties, etc.
- Complete cleanup of brick with the recommended detergent as per manufacturer.
- Complete application of caulking to all the windows where the bricks are installed only.
STO POWER WALL HARD STUCCO SYSTEM
- Complete installation of Power wall Stucco System for the backside of the building and all areas As per Drawings.
- Complete installation of emerald coat water proofing for the entire building.
- Complete installation of two layers of felt paper 15#.
- Complete installation of drain math over plywood areas only.
- Complete installation of wire lath 2.5
- Complete installation of scratch coat as first layer.
- Complete installation of hard coat as second layer.
- Expansion joints will be required to break big walls into small panels easy to work with.
- Complete application of synthetic stucco will be the third and final coat.
- Complete application to all control joints.
- Complete application of backer rod and caulking to all windows, where the stucco is applied only.
TO POUR CONCRETE AND PAVER
- To brake existing concrete.
- To disposal the waste.
- To forming and pouring new sidewalk and curve concrete as per specs.
- To install permeable pavers 8”x8” gray
