Scope Of Work
Demo wall, door and frame per sheet A100
Furnish and install new metal stud partition 5 ½ inch. Install drywall where door is being removed.
Additional drywall remove 3 additional walls with fabric on them and replace with new drywall finish to level 5.
Install 2 3068 frosted glass single lite slab doors with pocket hardware and install trim around frame.
Make repairs as needed on ACT Grid and tile to accommodate new wall thickness from 3-3/4 to 5 ½.
Patch two offices per plans.
