Brent Repenning is the Executive Vice President for U.S. Utility and Davey Resource Group. He oversees services throughout the United States and Canada, including utility asset and vegetation management, urban forestry and ecological consulting services. He has been with Davey since 1994 and has a bachelor's degree in Natural Resource Management-Forestry from The Ohio State University. Prior to his current position, he was Vice President of Eastern Operations with the Davey Resource Group.

Jack McCabe develops and manages projects that help clients manage vegetation and other utility/municipal assets on the right-of-way. He oversees more than 100 contract utility foresters, primarily for Pacific Gas & Electric and San Diego Gas & Electric. Jack holds a bachelor of science in environmental studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz.

Ken Joehlin is the Vice President of Business Development for Davey Resource Group and directs all aspects of business expansion. He is committed to ensuring client satisfaction through innovative solutions and quality performance. He has focused on growth and expansion of the Resource Group since 1997. Ken has a master's degree in forest science from The Ohio State University.

Pat Covey is chief executive officer of The Davey Tree Expert Company. He was elected to his present position in February 2012. Mr. Covey was previously appointed to executive vice president, operations in 2007. Prior to that time, Mr. Covey served as vice president and general manager of the Davey Resource Group; vice president, southern operations, utility services, and various managerial positions, including manager of systems and process management and administrative manager, utility services. He joined Davey Tree in 1991.  Mr. Covey holds a bachelor of business administration in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is a certified public accountant. Mr. Covey is a board member of Environmental Design, Inc., of Houston, Texas. He also serves on the Junior Achievement of North Central Ohio Board of Directors, as well as the Portage County Development Board. He is a member of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) and Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA). Professionally, Mr. Covey is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Ray Hannebique is a consulting utility forester and operations manager. He manages contract forestry services and develops right-of-way management programs in the Midwest and south central United States. This includes system reviews and recommendations, and crew productivity evaluations. Ray has 20 years experience in ROW vegetation management.

Scott Carlin has a distinguished 18-year career as a technical authority in the electric and telecommunications industry.  As a leader, strategist, speaker and consultant with expertise in the electric power industry, he brings a unique point-of-view to asset management,predictive maintenance, and telecommunications deployment strategies.

In addition to his leadership role with DRG, Scott serves on Davey’s President’s Council, a strategic leadership group selected at the C-level to research and address solutions for company challenges.

Scott is a regular conference speaker for EEI, IEEE, WEI, and major Joint Use conferences. Well-versed in all aspects of reliability and efficiency of joint-use assets, Scott is a widely influential thought leader in the management of electric distribution.

Scott has a passion for community involvement and service, and is a member of the Akron Children’s Hospital Emerging Leaders Board, Akron Children’s Hospital Medina County Steering Committee, and the former chairman of the Heartland Joint Use Consortium.
