Revive Construction Group is a general contractor and labor provider for both commercial and residential properties across Michigan and Ohio.  We have built and developed our own properties, so we appreciate and understand the importance of managing budget, collaborative relationships, value engineering and creativity throughout the process of a project.  Our crews have a wide array of experience, ranging from historic preservation, commercial use conversion, new home construction, commercial and residential renovation (hospitality, multifamily, single family, office, restaurant, retail). 

We are a multi-faceted company with 4 different service offerings:

- General Contracting: we utilize our in-house skilled team as well as the contacts we have built throughout the years to handle a variety of services for our clients inclusive of: design/build, tenant improvement projects, construction management and owners representative services.

- Demolition / Selective Demolition / General Labor: our crews have been trained to recognize how to demolish structures in the safest manner possible.  We run through each job with our crews to devise a plan to safely and efficiently complete the task at hand making sure we do not impact the surrounding areas and are experienced in working around occupied spaces.  We pride ourselves on being the most professional and well mannered crew in the market place.

- Steel Framing / Carpentry: we have an experienced crew dedicated to steel framing and wood framing. 

- Building Maintenance: we provide general building maintenance services for Facility Managers, Property Managers, Building Owners and General Contractors.
