The perimeter side walk path project at Mission Oaks Townhomes was completed more than a year ago. The sidewalk looks today like it did when it was completed. We had one change request while the project was in progress. To install a drainage pipe, which was quickly done. We had several areas of damage to existing walls, inevitable in very closed in spaces. They were quickly identified and professionally repaired. The walkway replacement by Dorn adds to the value of homes in our community at resale.
