Scope Of Work
Clients roof was left unfinished and weathered for 5 years. The black base paper weathered and turned gray. Gray being the fiberglass strands in the paper. 1st step was a thouroughly cleaning of the roof. Following we treated the worn paper with two coatings of APOC 300 Asphalt Emulsion. Once dry we continued with sealants and coating. Coating used was a APOC 252 Premium Elastomeric Roof Coating. 3 Coatings were applied.
