Scope Of Work
Project was located at the Central Arizona Project Secured Headquarters in North Phoenix, Arizona. Contract Consisted of Performing a Multi-Faceted Number of Disciplines Including but Not Limited to Excavation, Backfilling, Building Pad Development, Grading, Underground Utility Installation, Oil Seperator Tank Excavation and Placement, Concrete Forming, Concrete Reinforcement, Concrete Placement, Asphalt and Concrete Cutting/Demo, Asphalt Placement, Steel Erection, Masonry Block Wall, Industrial Electrical Installation, Joint Cutting and Caulking. Overall the Project Persisted of Three Seperate Area's or Phases of Work On-Site that were Performed Simultaneously. Over 500 yds of Concrete was Placed with in a Half a Yard of Estimated Plan Neat Line. In a Matter of Just a Few Weeks we were able to Gain and Maintain Over 40% Advancement to the Owners Desired Main Work Completion Schedule while Delivering a High Quality Craftsmanship to the Finished Work.
