Our Story

Faircloth Consulting specializes in the design, installation, and service of small business communications and entertainment systems, including controls and automation, Internet of Things (IoT), including the server rooms and data centers which house them.

For a client moving to a new space, Faircloth Consulting focuses on assisting with the technology move, transferring the phone system if they want to keep it, procuring a new one if they don’t.  Moving and setting up the PCs, taking over the client’s IT function.  We can assist with technology at all levels.

As a Cloud Services Brokerage, we have over 100 suppliers and can help our clientele procure services, ranging from DSL and analog phone lines, to Gigabit fiber, data center services, network security, to Office 365 and mTusker CRM.

As an installer and contractor, if it’s a networked device, we can handle it: from electrical, access control, surveillance and telecommunications, to wireless access points and Internet of Things deployments.

To initiate the engagement process, at no cost to the client, we perform a technology audit and help determine which tech needs right-sizing.  This is work on a contingency basis, paid by a third party, not the carriers nor the client.   The compensation is set up such that we don’t care which suppliers the client ends up selecting, as long as they derive benefit and value from going through our process.

Our best referral source is an IT Services Provider that doesn’t do phones.  These partners send Faircloth in for a telecom audit first, to free up as much budget as possible for pending IT projects.  Depending upon the complexity of the network, we typically save between 20-45% by leveraging all of our carrier suppliers and those deep relationships we've built over the years.
