Rurick Palomino has an extensive background in Bridge & Road Construction through 14 years of successful career with his former mentor company - Martin Construction. With hardwork & a detailed driven attitude, SAP Contracting has since outgrown itself from a 1 man start-up to a 52 man operation running multi projects concurrently spanning DC Metro Area to Virginia Beach, VA.
