In 2018 James Sankey & Associates, LLC built a brand new pool and Spas at the Metropolitan in State College PA. We were very happy from start to finish of the project. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout the project. Before the pool was opened to residents, the entire staff was trained on how to use all the equipment and chemicals. All the plumbing work in the pump room was very neatly done. It has almost been a year now and we have had zero issues to date. The residents seem very happy overall with the pool and spas. We would highly recommend James Sankey & Associates, LLC to build your dream pool.

We experienced some unusual conditions excavating our pool, and a lesser team would not have navigated the situation so seamlessly. We passed inspection the first time, and the job was done right!
