• Fluent Languages: English, Spanish, Galician and Portuguese.
• Extensive (10 or more years) experience/knowledge of construction methods and management.
• Exceptionally organized with great ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• Supervise projects in the $1,000,000 to $20,000,000 range.
• Strong experience as construction superintendent.
• Exceptional capabilities to oversee, manage, and encourage employees.
• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor subcontractors, including cost analysis.
• Ensure all field personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, and work
rules; document all violations and recommend/implement corrective actions as required.
