The CEO and Massachusetts native, Paul Vogan has 38 year of experience in the flooring industry. His expertise covers Flooring Project Management, Flooring Installation, Flooring Restoration, Flooring Maintenance and Flooring Sales. He began his career working with a company T Wellington Carpets  Burlington ma (now AJ Rose) only to move on to Union Local 2168 after 6 years in the union he decided to open his own business  with an all-inclusive contract with Sears and many small commercial Projects. Providing  Flooring Services to Sears this included all aspects of flooring installation and flooring maintenance. He has worked with hundreds of commercial flooring installations, commercial flooring maintenance and commercial flooring restoration with commercial facilities, public, state government and school-based clients throughout New England.

?We understand that creating successful projects takes a seasoned account / project manager. Recently we have finished multiple projects... keeping up with the schedules that were required by us with several general contractors. Our specialties include flooring sales and installation combined with the ability to clean and repair most products... this sets us above all others. In November 2017 we completed a 40K square foot project (on time for opening) which included shot blasting the floor, moisture mediation, and self-leveling prior to floor installation. Having the experience in managing multiple projects at a time along with an eye for safety and risk management is a key to success along with the ability to maintain all project details, work orders, submitting, material requisitions, monitor project budgets, change orders, attending project meetings, and project close out.
