DFW Housing Partners, a privately held company, was founded in 1999 by Don R. Livingston to address the glaring and obvious needs of apartment and commercial property owners, as well as management companies.

The process to repair or rebuild a property that has been damaged by fire, hail, wind or water is vastly different from that of a standard construction job. In fact, the process doesn’t even begin with construction – it starts from the minute a property is released from the fire or other department after damage has occurred. Mitigation, Inspection, Estimating and Scope of Work are all key factors that take place before construction can even begin.
