LSA was founded by Ray Lockhart, A Sheriff Deputy for Cook County IL. He has over 15 combined years in Law Enforcement and Security Management. He has a B.A in Business and a Background in Crowd Control Management, Hotel Security, Retail security, Residential protection and more.

Our Mission is to be prepared here at LSA to meet the specific needs of any organization and deliver our promises on a daily basis and adhere to some of the highest standards in the industry.

We believe in having the best talent available within the industry and fostering an atmosphere where our clients and customers feel safe.

We truly believe our employees are our greatest asset. Most of our officers are off duty Police Officers or Sheriff Deputies.
