Scope Of Work
Phase I - Gas piping to MAU and 4 Fire Tube Heaters. Compressed Air to hose reels. Domestic Water piping and Water Heater for future Phase II Addition. 2 - 90' Long Trench Drains with Catch Basins.
Phase II - Break room Sink, Drinking Fountain with Bottle Filler, Semi Circle Hand Sink, Men's and Women's Restrooms with Showers. 1 - 90' long Trench Drain in new shop addition. Compressed Air to new hose reels in addition. Gas piping to new MAU for addition and RTUÂ along with 2 Fire Tube Heaters.
Phase III - New Combination Storm and Overflow Roof Drains. New Overflow Piping and Drain Nozzles.
