The organization was established by Thomas Juliano with over 32 years of field and corporate experience . Over the years, our firm has contracted a vast amount of projects from referrals based on the integrity and honesty Mr. Juliano illustrates through his work ethic.   

Ultimately, our goal is to create high quality HVAC systems for commerical buildings, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional. We offer a wide range of engineering services - from planning and program development, through design and construction documents, to on-site inspection.

Each client receives one-on-one attention through the entire process from at least one of our highly skilled project managers.  Every client is personally attended to by a Mechanical Solutions staff member, never an answering service.
