Fred Volpacchio, Principal

Fred utilizes his civil engineering background and 34-years of experience in developing and managing construction projects. Fred’s experience spans from commercial and residential renovations to managing a design-build firm for new construction. He adds unique expertise and focus on all types of pre-engineered steel facilities and indoor sports facilities. His vast experience includes all types of indoor courts, such as tennis courts, squash courts, basketball courts, gyms, soccer facilities, industrial construction, and commercial construction.

Within Fred’s capacities as director, construction manager, vice president of construction, and principal, the common thread throughout has been his dedication to the client, the project, and understanding the client’s goals to be able to successfully deliver the project.

Numerous individual, corporate, private and institutional clients have found Fred’s practical and responsive approach to projects an invaluable asset to successful project development and completion.

Sara Heza, Project Administrator

As project administrator, Sara coordinates and oversees all administrative and operational components of a project’s life cycle from conception to completion including;

• Bid Solicitation and Negotiations
• Contract Administration
• Site Inspections
• Project Accounting
• Project Closeout

Sara has over 17-years of diversified experience in commercial real estate including: project management, consulting, asset management, underwriting, and research.

Sara has an MBA in Finance from New York University and is a Certified Associate in Project Management.

Allison Ucci

Allison utilizes her design talents to assist in all HDBG in-house projects. Her insight to proportions, layout, and color are an added value to the company’s identity and client services. Allison has a Masters in Fine Arts in Graphic Design and is a graduate from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Design Professionals

HDGB works in collaboration with several architects, structural engineers, and MEP engineers in a integrated environment. The best team is the one utilized to meet the use, complexities, and time requirements of the owners’ project.
