Mountain West Contractors was founded with one goal in mind: to give our clients access to a vested construction team to bring quality and predictability to their ventures. Guided by this vision, we built a full service construction company that could provide the benefits of a larger combined development/construction entity to smaller developers and owners, or those without an in-house construction arm. Central to this idea is a team concept that taps you into our tried-and-true construction skills and expertise – not only during the design or construction phase, but from the initial conception of a development idea.

Bringing 45 years of experience to bear on a wide variety of projects, our team has partnered with developers in the construction of more than 1,500 apartment units, 250 condo units, 70 Senior Assisted units, 50,000 square feet of small retail property, 150,000 square feet of office space, 155,000 square feet of hi-rise renovation and multiple dental/medical facility renovations.
