From concept-to-completion, woman-owned, SBA 8(a) certified Paradigm Mechanical Corp. specializes in the design-build of mechanical systems for medical, commercial, laboratory, high tech industrial and government facilities in the Southern California region.

As a solution-oriented company, it finds a way to get challenging jobs done. Not every HVAC company has the experience, knowledge and wherewithal to take on projects that require special inspections or after-hours critical shut-downs.

Paradigm builds relationships with building owners, tenants, and general contractors to get their job done. Systems include, but are not limited to, heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), controls, piping, and energy management. Project types include new/ground up buildings, retrofit and repair of existing equipment, as well as maintenance service contracts.

Process

A client’s mechanical needs are first discussed. Then a comprehensive evaluation and options menu is presented – including engineering concepts, budgetary information, and scheduling. If needed, Paradigm offers general contracting services to encompass all trades in order to provide a full turnkey project.  It’s important to note — Paradigm is not committed to a particular brand or manufacturer of HVAC equipment. This gives Paradigm flexibility and a competitive edge in acquiring the right product, at the right price for projects.

Leadership

Paradigm’s leadership is involved in local trade associations. Dicharry is Vice President of the San Diego Chapter of NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction). Eschleman is an active member of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers). Clients benefit from the company’s membership in AGC (Associated General Contractors San Diego Chapter 6212). Employees are encouraged to take AGC “next generation” training classes.
