Our goal is to coordinate and provide quality land survey work in a timely manner. We especially understand how important the time factor is for our clients, because, for the most part, all land surveying projects are related to high dollar transactions such as: real estate closings, new land developments and new building constructions/renovations.

When we work with builders and construction companies, siteplans are prepared with the use of check lists to make sure all the details are taken into consideration per requirements from Building Departments in Fulton, Dekalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, Cherokee and other counties. We update the check lists on a regular basis to make sure that the survey – proposed plans will be approved without redlines or corrections; thus, we help builders receive building permits in the fastest possible way.
