MMD Construction is a family owned and operated construction company that provides high-end home construction, home remodeling, home renovation, commercial construction, and commercial renovation services in San Diego’s North County. MMD’s excellent and close-knit team offers our clients over 100 years of combined experience, serving Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, La Jolla, Santa Luz, Fairbanks Ranch and the surrounding area.

Headed by power team Milan Djokich and his wife, Mirjana, MMD has been delighting homeowners and business owners since 2006. Milan comes from a family of builders, and together Milan and Mirjana have built MMD Construction over the years on their reputation.

When they aren’t building some of the most beautiful and unique homes and commercial properties in Rancho Santa Fe and the greater San Diego area, the couple spends their time doting on their young daughter, Tea and their twins. Milan also enjoys practicing mixed martial arts, snowboarding, and spending time with his family.
