Scope Of Work
09250-Gypsum Board Assemblies
· Framing and drywall at storage room wall to 12’6”aff
· 3 5/8” 20ga metal studs with 5/8” drywall with no insulation
· Install HMF at time of wall framing (Frame provided by others)
· Finish drywall for paint at new wall only
· Extend existing bathroom wall to match new demising wall (20ga metal)
· Provide 5’ soffit at storefront as requested (3 5/8” 18ga metal at soffit)
· 12” wide strip of ¾” CDFR plywood the full length of the soffit
· Provide and install one 24x36 NR standard flange access panel
