Challenge
Cyrcon Builders was short listed to bid on this project after earning a solid reputation on the Ronald Reagan Medical Center project. Cyrcon Builders bid against 5 cream of the crop contractors.
Cyrcon Builders’ task was to construct a Women’s Imaging Center with the latest imaging technology in a comfortable, private setting dedicated exclusively to women. The 5,200-square-foot facility, located at 1260 15th St., near the UCLA Medical Center Santa Monica campus, focused on all-digital mammography, breast ultrasound studies, imageguided diagnostic biopsies, breast MRI studies and cardiac imaging.
Results
Cost – By utilizing their team of estimators and project managers Cyrcon Builders was selected over the five other firms based on price and the experience of our team.
Schedule – Cyrcon Builders met UCLA’s schedule expectations and delivered the project on time.
Quality – The key to this project is quality. In the world of high tech medical on the affluent west side, UCLA’s potential patients want security, privacy, comfort, beauty and an environment that exudes professionalism. So although cost was the driving factor to winning the job, quality was all important in satisfying the client. Cyrcon Builders was able to achieve all of the goals of the project, with no warrantee complaints and 100% customer satisfaction.
