Our Story

Walid Ben Khaffed started Paramount Trim in 2003 and his wife, Sasha Ben Khaffed, joined the company in 2011.The company has found success in the Tampa Bay area by staying true to their roots. Hard work, integrity, honesty, fairness and respect has been Paramount's strong suits and kept them in business even through the market decline in 2008.

Our goal is to continue successes and growth of our company while maintaining the characteristics we hold dear.

Our culture is based on the origins of the business. As business owners we like to go to sleep at night with a clear conscious and we are able to achieve this through hard work, integrity, honesty, fairness and respect.  We look for these qualities in our employees to achieve a business culture everyone can feel good about.
