Scope Of Work
The Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) presented a Certificate of Exemplary Achievement to the White Bear Center for the Arts at the April 23, 2014 RCWD Board meeting for their exemplary work throughout the permitting process for the construction of their new building at 4971 Long Avenue in White Bear Lake.

The artist’s touch on the design of this project really came through and it’s exciting to see such a great combination of stormwater management and landscape design come together. Their team handled the permit application review, construction process, and ultimate closeout of the permit in a professional and effective manner. Clear and efficient correspondence and a demonstrated interest in protecting our water resources have culminated in a project that continues to set an example for other developments in the area.
