· Asbestos Abatement

Advanced Environmental Restoration, Inc. is a licensed and insured asbestos abatement contractor.  All of our employees have been fully trained and are individually licensed to properly remove asbestos containing materials. As a company, all prospective employees must successfully complete an additional in-house safety course prior to being hired. We work closely with Techtron Engineering in Anoka, Mn (763) 712-9502 to provide sample collection and results faster than typical for the industry.

 Mold Remediation

Advanced Environmental Restoration, Inc. has been successfully completing mold remediation projects for the past 15 years. Our methods of mold abatement have proven to be successful. Mold remediation and sampling training has been provided through the University of Minnesota and Meyhew Environmental Training Associates. We also work closely with Techtron Engineering (763) 712-9502 in Anoka, Minnesota to provide results as quickly as possible.

·Interior Demolition with Dust Control

We are often hired to remove walls, floors, ceilings, etc. using work methods to reduce dust from migrating to occupied portions of the structure. Typical dust control methods are installing plastic sheeting over doorways and furnace vents, using HEPA filtered negative air machines to trap airborne dust and most of all using care while working. We specialize in projects that are 8,000 square feet or less. Our guys don't whimper and cry because they have a job to do. Give these guys the chance and they will bust their humps all day to get your project done.

Flooring Removal

We take our a lot of flooring. We prefer projects that are less than 8,000 square feet of material or less. Asbestos and non-asbestos containing does not matter. We prefer smaller projects that others with equipment cannot do because the equipment and the operators are too large. We hire guys that know how to work. We will not be stopping to put band-aids due to slivers and blisters.We will get your floor coverings out of the building and in to a dumpster.
