Marina is a seasoned professional in the construction financial world.  Her intricate understanding of Construction Accounting and the day to day operations of our industry enable her to facilitate the financial needs of our clients, subcontractors, vendors and employees.  With her background in construction accounting and a Masters in accounting she is able to provide a level of service that will accommodate the needs of our most sophisticated clients, create and maintain reporting that ensure current and future financial success.

“I founded McCain Construction in January of 2010.  Having experienced great success and failures in the industry with my former company Mitchell-McCain Construction I was determined to approach this new venture with a different focus.  My desire was and is to have a company that honors God in all of its dealings and relationships.  To establish and foster an atmosphere of relationships that are in alignment with Gods ways.  We continue to grow and learn what this means daily and it isn’t always the path of least resistance.  What we have found is the result is lasting, mutually beneficial relationships being formed with our clients, vendors, subcontractors and coworkers.  As we continue this journey I couldn’t be more pleased and at peace with where we have come from and where we are headed.  We have been blessed with extremely talented, loyal, dedicated individuals that together make up a team of professionals that far exceed any expectations I had going into this venture.  I can truly say I am blessed to be a part of it all.”

Bob Ells has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry.  Like many in this industry, Bob has worn almost every hat at one time or another throughout his extensive career as a valued professional in this industry.  His senior leadership and experience bring unrivaled value to our clients when it comes to budget pricing, value engineering and aiding in design efficiency.  His experience along with his senior leadership enable him to move outside the box and find solutions where others don’t.

Paul has over 16 years of experience in the construction field.  Paul started his career in construction in 2001 as an apprentice in the Roofers Union Local 49.  Paul worked in the field and graduated the JATC program at the top of his class.  He also went to school at night after work to obtain his Bachelor’s Degree during this time. After graduation he accepted a Supervisor Position that included Project Management, Estimating, and Safety.  Focusing on safety, Paul created a safety program from ground up and that instilled a safety culture in their workforce.  He has also Estimated and Project Managed contracts from one day jobs to multi-million dollar projects.  It is through Paul’s broad experience in all aspects of construction and project completion that he has adopted the ability to provide innovative thinking, a desire and drive to succeed, and a positive willingness to strive for excellence.  These core strengths have proven invaluable in our pursuit of industry excellence.

Jeremy has 25 years of experience in the construction industry specializing in underground utilities. He began his career as a laborer and worked his way up through the ranks to operator, foreman, superintendent, and now project management. He has managed major water and sewer rebuilds as well as new construction. From buyouts to scheduling, billing and closeout documents, he plays a major role in every project McCain Construction performs. His experience managing the most complicated projects results in projects running smoothly, on time, injury free and on or under budget. His extensive knowledge has made him an invaluable manager for mission critical projects. He has invaluable insight into problem solving and navigating complicated projects. Jeremy values his ability to not only manage and develop growth in the field but also nurture and maintain quality lasting relationships with our clients, subcontractors and vendors.

Michelle has been in the construction industry for over 10 years.  Her expertise ranges from residential new builds to complete renovations and now underground utilities after joining McCain Construction.  Michelle brings fresh ideas, new processes and support to the team.  Her ability to build and maintain professional relationships with staff, vendors and clients is invaluable.
