Our Story
Industrial Commercial Services was founded in 2002 by two tradesmen who saw the need to provide construction services and solutions to plant managers, engineers, and industrial, commercial owners. ICS is located at 16700 South Clark Street in Thornton, IL. Our home office consists of two 12,000 square foot buildings designed and constructed by ICS, Inc. ICS Inc's field and office personnel average 25 years experience in construction and construction management. ICS, Inc offers a broad range of general contracting services in addition to our in house trades: carpentry, concrete, and masonry. Our team will also act as your representative for the duration of your project.
