Security Intercoms Protection was conceptualized, founded and established in 1997 by Carlyle Nurse. At the time Carlyle, who was armed with an extensive background in electronics and an entrepreneurial grit, realized that many large facilities and residences were having a hard time with controlling access – whether from friends, families, co-workers or even unwelcome guests and the need for increased protection was evident. Fueled by this demand, Security Intercoms Protection was created and has evolved into a leading low-voltage security solutions provider in New York City.
