It was a pleasure working with you on the repair and resurfacing of the private road for Far-O-Way Farms. It was a daunting task interviewing ten potential contractors, and trying to become an expert on asphalt and paving protocol. You made that task quite bearable. We appreciated your patience and willingness to work with a group of nine residents who had many questions.

I would like to extend a special thank you to your staff and crew. They were all so professional and courteous to the residents as they entered or exited the street. Council Gardens, a non-profit subsidized housing facility for seniors, has engaged Empire Paving for demolition, concrete, and asphalt paving. They have poured concrete pads for outdoor exercise stations, handicap ramps, a large pad by our trash dumpster and replaced an existing trench drain. This year Empire resurfaced virtually our entire asphalt driveway and parking area, which amounts to approximately 25,000 square feet.

All of the work was done professionally, efficiently, and within the time frame proposed. As we are a residential facility, Empire Paving had to consider and be considerate of our senior tenants. We had no issues whatsoever in this regard.

We would not hesitate to use Empire Paving again.
