Our Story
Founded in 1971 by Dennis L. Palmer, Tech Air is a family owned and operated company originally located in Harrison, NJ; Tech Air relocated to E. Rutherford, NJ in the early 1980's and now resides in Bloomingdale, NJ. Tech Air specializes in HVAC construction with an emphasis in sheet metal. We serve the commercial, industrial, and residential markets. Our in house sheet metal shop custom fabricates high quality ductwork, basic steel fabrication and offers welding services. Our field installation crews provide the highest level of quality, and can offer a turnkey installation. We also offer maintenance and repair service through our affiliate Total Maintenance & Service.
